One-on-one yoga instruction
Private yoga instruction is a profound gift to yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or already familiar with your mat, I will work with you to construct a meaningful, safe, and joyful yoga practice. New students will benefit from the individualized attention, including modifications and anatomical attention that set up a strong foundation in yoga. Established students will appreciate the extra time and new focus we establish as we work together through new sequences and experiences of your practice.
Small group yoga classes
For two to four people. Small group classes are perfect for folks who like practicing in community and want plenty of adjustments and feedback. Setting individual or shared goals, we’ll explore poses and sequences side by side as well as tailored to each person’s ability. I’ll provide a supportive, encouraging environment in which to encounter new things about body and mind. In playfulness, in celebration, or for healing, uniting breath and movement in the company of others is powerful.
Both individual and small group classes begin with a complementary initial consultation. Sessions are offered in the comfort of your home or office, or in a studio setting. A la carte and subscription pricing available. Contact me for rates.
Open level public classes
